Unix Timestamp Converter

Both UTC and your browser's local time are shown explicitly and labeled, since mixing the two up is the most common mistake with this kind of tool.

Timestamp → date

Date → timestamp

interpreted as your browser's local time

A note on units

Unix timestamps are conventionally in seconds since 1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC. Some APIs and JavaScript's own Date.now() use milliseconds instead — a timestamp that looks like 13 digits rather than 10 is almost always milliseconds, not seconds, and needs dividing by 1000 before treating it as a standard Unix timestamp.
